Loved by Real People
Seared the ribeye in the Black Truffle tallow and finished it with a little Cayenne for heat, then piled it on toasted sourdough. Unreal. The truffle smell when it hits the pan is insane โ my wife thought I ordered it from a restaurant.
I keep the Cayenne jar right by the stove now. Threw together a quick beef and veggie stir fry and one spoonful gave it that smoky heat you just can't get from oil. Holds up to high heat way better than the avocado oil I was using.
Made steak fajitas and cooked everything in the Garlic & Rosemary tallow. The whole kitchen smelled incredible and the flavor soaked right into the meat and peppers. Already on my second jar โ no more seed oils in this house.
